Football Tournament for Sports Journalists Held at Football House

On April 23, on the eve of Kazakhstan Football Day, the Kazakhstan Football Federation organized its traditional football tournament among sports journalists.

Four teams made up of journalists who consistently cover the development of football in the country took part in the event.

The competition followed a “final four” format. The decisive match for the championship title was intense and concluded with a penalty shootout to determine the winner.

The award ceremony for the winners and medalists was attended by the President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, Marat Omarov, and Secretary General, David Loria.

The federation’s leadership congratulated the journalists on the upcoming holiday, expressed gratitude for their contributions to the development of national football and comprehensive media support, and wished them continued success in their work.
